Optical Laboratory & Photometric Testing Capability
I.SHA Lighting operates a dedicated in-house optical laboratory designed for professional-grade photometric and optical performance testing.
The laboratory is built as a fully enclosed darkroom environment, eliminating external light interference, airflow disturbance, and environmental noise. This controlled testing condition ensures highly accurate and repeatable measurement results for every luminaire tested.
Our optical testing system is equipped with imported international-grade instruments, delivering measurement accuracy down to 1% luminous flux tolerance, with angular resolution as precise as 0.5 degrees. The system supports comprehensive evaluation of lighting performance, including:
Spatial luminous intensity distribution
Zonal illuminance and uniformity
Luminous efficacy and optical efficiency

Electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and power factor
During testing, measured data is automatically processed to generate 3D photometric distribution models, enabling precise visualization and analysis of real-world lighting behavior.
All photometric data produced by the I.SHA Lighting optical laboratory complies with international lighting standards, including CIE and IESNA requirements. These validated datasets can be directly used for professional lighting design software, supporting accurate simulation, specification, and project verification.
